Essential Oil Tip: Black Pepper.

Today's Tip [from Aroma Thyme]

Black Pepper is another essential oil to have on hand during cold and flu season. Used in an inhalation blend it is an effective expectorant.
Jeanne Rose gives this recipe for the lungs.

1 oz. Eucalyptus [Eucalyptus Blue]

1/2 oz. Basil
1/4 oz. each of Fennel, Black Pepper and Birch. [Young Lining does not sale a birch EO, I would go with CypressMelaleuca (Alternifolia)or Myrtle for their respiratory properties.]

Blend together and keep on hand to use in your diffuser.

DIY Shampoo & Conditioner Recipes!

I have been doing a lot of thinking regarding shampoos and conditioner. I really hate buying shampoos and conditioners at the store that I know for a fact are BAD! So may chemicals etc.
And then I think about this [photo]. 26 seconds? OMGosh! That'snot only MAD, but that is SCARY MAD!

I've tried a few organic shampoos and conditioners that I've liked, but after a while, some leave my hair feeling greasy and blaw. (NOT ALL!)

Then ya think about how much $$$ these (both organic and non) shampoos and conditioner cost.

So, what I have been wondering: is there any good D.I.Y (do it yourself/homemade) shampoo and conditioner recipes out there? if yes, how do they work? Are they really cheaper that the stuff that you boy at the store? Etc.

I have not tried ANY recipes yet, but I am excited to try some and am looking forward to experimenting with them. Mwahahaha! lol
Here is a collection of recipes that I found on the net. Just remember, when making these recipes with essential oils, PLEASE be sure to use 100% unadulterated pure essential oils! I (obvious) would recommend therapeutic quality essential oils from Young Living. They are unadulterated  pure, and actually smell like what they are supposed to. If your arr interested in Young Living Essential Oils, please view my Young Living website here.

Now, to the recipe lab!

SHAMPOO RECIPES!
Comments in [ ]

Citrus Shampoo
3/4 cup Filtered Water
3/4 cup Citrus Liquid Castile Soap [would buy unscented to be sure the oils are non toxic]
1 1/2 Teaspoons Apricot Kernel Oil
8-12 Drops citrus essential oil [YL citrus fresh, orange, lemon, tangerine, lime etc]

Mix together all the ingredients in the bottle and shake thoroughly. Just give it a shake before you use.
Original recipe found here.
HOMEMADE SHAMPOO
1 cup hot water
1 Tbs baking soda
[Add 3 drops of your fave YL EO. Rosemary EO is good for hair]

“In a ketchup squirt bottle (the cheap ones you can get at the dollar store), add 1 Tbsp baking soda, then 1 cup of hot water. Put the lid on, cover the tip with your finger, and shake it up well. (Should last a few days) To shampoo hair: Wet hair in the shower. Start in sections, and squirt the “shampoo” onto hair, and massage into scalp and hair. Keep working in sections until hair is “shampoo-ed”. Rinse as normal.
Original recipe found here.
I found the same recipe here too.
Semi-Homemade Coconut Milk Shampoo
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup organic baby shampoo/wash
1 tsp vitamin E, olive or almond oil
10 to 20 drops of your choice of essential oils

Add 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1/3 cup baby shampoo to bottle of choice. dd 1 teaspoon of olive oil, vitamin E oil or almond oil. Add 10 to 20 drops of your favorite essential oil. Shake bottle to combine ingredients. Go jump in the shower and try it out!
Original recipe found here.
All Natural Shampoo Recipe
½ cup distilled water
¼ cup liquid castile soap (I like Dr. Bronner’s unscented baby mild… I can use it on my baby, too!*)
2 tsp avocado oil
1/8 tsp peppermint essential oil
1/8 tsp tea tree essential oil
1 tsp vegetable glycerin (optional, gives the shampoo a little more “body”)
10 – 15 drops of essential oils* (optional, but makes it smell goooood!)

Put the above ingredients in a bottle (you could even reuse an old shampoo bottle). Shake well before each use. Pour a little over your head. Lather good. Gently massage in the scalp for a minute or two. Rinse completely.
Original recipe found here.

Customizable DIY Herbal Shampoo
2 ounces Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Baby Mild Pure Castile Soap
4 to 5 ounces of water, infused with herbs
1/4 teaspoon carrier oil – more for dry hair, less for oily (options below)
20 to 40 drops essential oil (suggestions below)

Add the castile soap, carrier oil and essential oils to the water. Gently stir until mixed. Try to avoid whipping up any bubbles, as much as possible. Pour into an easy to dispense container. You can recycle an old shampoo bottle for this. This should stay fresh for about four to six weeks or so, depending on the types of essential oils you use. Refrigeration will increase the shelf life, but is not necessary. Shake or swirl gently before each use. If at all possible, follow with either a rinse or spritzing of vinegar and water
Original recipe found here
Rosemary Calendula Shampoo:
2 ounces Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Baby Mild Pure Castile Soap
4 ounces water infused with: rosemary, plantain, calendula flowers and rose petals
1/4 teaspoon tamanu oil
10 drops tea tree oil
5 drops rosemary essential oil
15 to 20 drops lavender essential oil

This is the recipe that works best for my hubby. You can use dried or fresh herbs.

Homemade Shampoo
1 cup pure liquid castile soap (like Dr. Bronners)
1 cup green tea (brewed for 30 minutes)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey

Use as is, or depending upon your hair type, add an herbal infusion to replace the green tea in the above recipe. Use a handful of fresh herbs or a spoonful of dried herbs and a cup of boiling water to prepare the infusion, steeping for 30 minutes.

Here are some suggestions for different hair types (and predicaments):
for dark hair: sage leaves
for greasy hair: yarrow
for fair hair: marigold flowers
for dandruff: a mixture of nettle leaves and burdock roots
Original recipe found here.

CONDITIONER RECIPES!
Comments in [ ]

HOMEMADE CONDITIONER
1 cup hot water
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
[Add 3 drops of your fave YL EO. Rosemary EO is good for hair]

To condition hair: In the mustard squirt bottle (that came with the ketchup bottle!), mix 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) with 1 cup of hot water. After hair has been shampoo-ed and rinsed, condition ends of hair with the vinegar/water mixture, and massage into tips. Rinse as normal.
Original recipe found here.
I found the same recipe here too.
Persimmon and Rosemary
1 ripe persimmon
1 sprig rosemary
1/4 cup almond oil
1/2 cup honey
Peppermint essential oil

This recipe is super easy to make. You’ll need a ripe persimmon and a sprig of rosemary to start. Chop up the persimmon and pulse it in the food processor to make it even finer. Add the sprig of rosemary, along with 1/4 cup almond oil, 1/2 cup honey and a few drops of peppermint oil (you can use a different oil, but the peppermint really complements the rosemary). Continue to blend in the processor until it’s a smooth and creamy mixture, and then transfer to a plastic container with a lid. It’s that easy!
Original recipe found here.
Tropical Island Hair Conditioner
1 avocado
Organic coconut milk

Directions Peel and pit avocado. Mash avocado and slowly add coconut milk until smooth and the consistency of hair conditioner. Work through hair to ends. Rinse after 15 minutes and shampoo.
Original recipe found here.

Homemade Deep Conditioners for Natural Hair
1 large overripe banana (sliced) OR 7 oz banana baby food
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pure vegetable glycerin
2 tbsp pure honey Instructions:

Place the sliced banana, extra virgin olive oil, glycerin, and honey all in a blender. Blend the ingredients thoroughly making sure no lumps or banana bits remain. (Depending on your blender quality, you may or may not have to then sieve the mixture. Another option is to use banana baby food, though the conditioner may not be as effective.) Apply to hair and let sit for 30-45 minutes under a shower cap. Detangle, rinse thoroughly, and style as usual.
Original recipe found here.
Homemade Conditioner
2.5 cups of hot water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 sprig of rosemary
1 bag of your favorite herbal tea, for fragrance

To make your vinegar rinse, place the water in a container of your choice (old conditioner bottle). Then, add the rest of the ingredients. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. Use about 3/4 of a cup of the rinse each time you condition, shaking up the bottle prior.
Original recipe found here.

Enjoy playing around and mixing up these fun concoctions! I know I CAN'T WAIT!

Coconut Milk Recipe.

Just saw this recipe on how to make your own coconut milk! I SO have to try this! :)

Me personally, I would buy the unsweetened shredded coconut. it tastes MUCH better than sweetened kind AND you can control the amount of sugar that goes into your milk; if you want it sweetened, that is. lol :-D

Homemade Coconut Milk

1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup HOT water

1/2 cup shredded coconut Into the blender (or food processor) with 1 cup HOT water. PULSE approximately 20 times. (Don’t run continuously.) Strain “milk” through a fine sieve or some sort of cloth. Push down on the coconut to make sure you get all the liquid out. Put coconut back in the blender with another cup of HOT water and repeat 3 more times. You will end up with approximately 4 cups of lovely coconut milk!
Original recipe and photo found here.

1 Corinthians 11:3-16, Headship, & Head Coverings

1 Corinthians 11:3-16  But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels. Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God. Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering. But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God. KJV

Have you wondered what this passage in 1 Corinthians 11 is referring to? And what it means in today's world? If you are like me, I am sure some of these questions have come up. Should a woman wear a head covering? Is it wrong for a man to wear a hat? What is the truth about headship in the Bible? Why is there a command about headship? Who am I to submit to? If I am married (women) do I submit to my husband or Jesus? Do men and women both submit to their pastor, rabbi, priest, etc?

These are all very good questions! I am happy to say that (thinks to a FB post) I found a good teaching from 119 Ministries that answers a lot of these questions in a short 40min video.
http://119ministries.com/headcoverings

Dad and I both watched this video today. I found it really good. It answered a few questions regarding men having their heads covered in prayer, headship and why, should a married woman wear a covering? And should a single woman wear a covering? Etc. So, for any men and women who have been wondering about the above Scripture passage, this video is a good start for you learning pleasure.

For any women who wear or are interesting in wearing a head covering, here is a good online shop to get some really nice head coverings.

I found this shop two weeks ago form a friends post on FB. The shop owner is a VERY nice lady and ships SUPER FAST! And unlike another head covering online shop that I've boughten from in the past, at The Tichel Shop, you will actually get all the items you payed for! Praise Yah/God! :)

I hope this post blesses you and finds you well.
God bless & Shalom!

Purity.

This is a good article I read from Godly Woman Daily.
It is well worth reading and is an amazing call to purity, married or not. :)

Scented Stones

I got this fun tip from Aromatherapy daily last night. I think it would be fun to try. :)

Scented Stones
Almost any smooth, porous stone can be turned into a fragrant diffuser. Using a pipette or a cotton swab apply your favorite essential oils to the stones. Sit them in a sunny window and enjoy the scent. The sun is the secret ingredient that warms the scent. Refresh as needed.

Expanding the Use of Stress Away!

The Young Living product development team is excited to announce that the proprietary blend of Stress Away™ is now available in a 15-ml bottle. Why, you ask? Because the therapeutic benefits in Stress Away expand beyond its traditional use of topical application.
With the new 15-ml bottle, the rigors of daily activities can be soothed with the unique, stress-relieving combination of pure, therapeutic-grade lime and vanilla essential oils through your diffuser or internal consumption as a dietary supplement. These new options with Stress Away allow the constituents in these oils—along with the benefits of lavender and copaiba—to reduce mental rigidity and restore mental balance.
So the next time you’re hosting a dinner party or meeting, diffuse Stress Away to calm your nerves or add a drop or two into water or a clear vegetable capsule and drink it to calm your anxiety.
The traditional application of Stress Away to your wrists or the back of your neck is still an effective way to ease anxiety. Whatever the situation may be, this natural solution is created to combat the normal stresses that creep into everyday life.
The proprietary blend of Stress Away includes:
Copaiba (Copaifera reticulata)—Copaiba is a powerful essential oil from South America that has traditionally been used internally to aid digestion* and support the body’s natural response to injury or irritation.*
Lime (Citrus aurantifolia)—Lime essential oil has an invigorating and stimulating effect and is believed to be native of eastern Malaysia. The pleasant citrus aroma of lime may help mental clarity and encourage creativity. When applied to the skin, lime oil may also support healthy skin.
Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica)—Cedarwood has a warm, balsamic, woody aroma. It is relaxing and soothing when used for massage and has long been used as a beneficial ingredient in cosmetic preparations for oily skin.
Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia)—This variety of vanilla is a species of the vanilla orchid that is native to Mexico and is one of the primary sources for vanilla flavoring, due to its high vanillin content.
Ocotea (Ocotea quixos)—Extracted from an Ecuadorian tree, ocotea has the highest level of alpha humulene of any Young Living essential oil, which is a compound that helps aid the body’s natural response to irritation and injury.* Ocotea also has natural cleansing and purifying properties.
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)—Lavender has a fresh, sweet, floral, herbaceous aroma that is soothing and refreshing. Because it is the most versatile of all essential oils, no home should be without it. Lavender is also an adaptogen and can assist the body when adapting to stress or imbalances.
Comment and share your experiences with Stress Away or your thoughts on the new 15-ml bottle by Friday for the opportunity to win one of two bottles of Stress Away essential oil blend!

RAW Taco Bell Pepper

I found this RAW food recipe last week when I typed up the wrong URL addresses. lol This recipe looks SO good that I have to post it! Funny thing, I "think" I know to whom the unknown recipe poster is. ;)

RAW Taco Bell Pepper

Taco “Meat” Filling:
Soak 2 C walnuts for 4 hrs. Blot Dry
Combine with:
1 T cumin
1 T coriander
1 T nama shoyu (soya sauce)
1/4 C cilantro
1/2 C fresh corn (may omit)
Process in Food Processor on pulse until “meat” like
Sour Cream:
Soak 2 C cashews 4 hrs
1 C water
1/2 C olive oil
3 T lemon juice
1 1/2 t salt
Blend in blender. Best when served cold.
Lets look briefly here at a few of the health benefits associated with this recipe.
Walnuts: Very rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids and therefore are GREAT for your brain and helping your body fight free-radicals (100 g of walnuts contain 13541 µmol TE (Trolex equivalents) of oxidant radical absorbance capacity (ORAC). )They also very are rich source of minerals like manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. These nuts are packed with many important B-complex groups.
Coriander: Helps cure ulcers, inflammation, spasm and acts as an expectorant, protects and soothes liver. It is good in iron, rich in anti microbial, anti oxidant, anti infectious and detoxifying components and acids. Coriander has lots of anti oxidants, vitamin-A, vitamin-C and minerals like phosphorus. It also helps proper secretion from the endocrine glands.
Cumin: Triggers insulin release from the pancreas. Reduces oxidative stress on the kidneys. Cumin strengthens the liver. It is a stimulant as well as a relaxant at the same time. Studies show that a proper intake of vitamins (particularly B-complex) and good digestion help induce a sound sleep. Cumin helps both of these. Some of the components of the essential oil are hypnotic in nature and have tranquilizing effects. It is rich in iron and thus very good for lactating mothers as well as women who are undergoing menses or who are pregnant, since they are more in need of iron than others. Moreover, cumin is said to help ease and increase secretion of milk in lactating women due to presence of Thymol, which tends to increase secretions from glands, including milk which is a secretion from mammary glands.
Cilantro: The herb is a good source of minerals like potassium, calcium, manganese, iron, and magnesium. Potassium is an important component of cell and body fluids that helps control heart rate and blood pressure. Cilantro is one of the richest herbal sources for vitamin K. Vitamin-K has a potential role in bone mass building by promoting osteotrophic activity in the bones. It also has established role in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease patients by limiting neuronal damage in their brain. It is also an excellent heavy metal detoxifier.

The First Ever Blessed Abundance Newsletter!

It took me three or so days plus a few weeks of thinking, but it is here! The FIRST EVER Blessed Abundance Newsletter! OMGosh, I hope you all will enjoy it. I don't have a lot of "know how" putting these things together, but I think it turned out pretty well. :)

So, with no further adieu, here is the
first ever

Thieves Horchata

Have you tried this tasty Mexican rice drink called horchata? If you haven't, you should! Horchata is made from rice; giving it it's milky look and consistency, cinnamon,  and sometimes vanilla. Mmm so good!

The first time I tried horchata was when Mark and I were driving back to my house from Oklahoma. We had had our first Thanksgiving with his grandmother (on his father's side). We were 30 miles from my house when we decided to get dinner for my parents and ourselves. We stopped at a Mexican restaurant in Blanco, Texas. As a last minute decision  I decided to try this yummy looking drink. After all, Mark was telling me about it.

=COMICAL NOTE= How is it that a man from Houston knew about horchata before me, a woman from San Antonio? Really? What is up with that!?
ANYwho! I was an INSTANT fan! We both enjoyed it so much that we got refills. lol

Here is a recipe I got from a Young Living book that uses their Thieves essential oil instead of cinnamon sticks. It's not bad.
When I stayed at the Scoggins' a month ago, Lisa and I emulsified a batch that I had made. It was...ok. Lisa put a drop or two of YL Cinnamon essential oil and some honey into the final mix. It turned our REAL good!

So, for all you who like try something new and like a healthier alternative to boot, you'll have to try this fun recipe!

THIEVES HORCHATA

INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Long Grain Rice (rinsed)
2 Quarts Water
1-2 Drops Thieves Essential Oil
1 Tsp. Vanilla (optional)
¼ Cup Blue Agave

DIRECTIONS
In a large saucepan, combine rice, water, and Thieves. Set aside for 3 hours. After 3 hours, bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 30 minutes. Allow to cool. Puree rice mixture in a blender until smooth. Strain through cheesecloth or a sieve. Flavor with vanilla and agave to taste. Chill and serve over ice. For more flavor, try adding a drop of Cinnamon and/or Nutmeg Essential Oil to the mix.

The Great Essential Oils Showdown ~ Which Essential Oils Company is Best? – Part 1-5

I just happened to find these blog posts yesterday when looking for a non-branded essential oil photo to use on my new essential oil group on TheReGathering. Wow, what an awesome blog I have stumbled on to! Granted, the tests Adrienne (not to be confused with myself, Adrianne) is doing are not really scientific per-se, but she is doing a lot of the hard work that many just do not do – self included.

When reading the blog posts; started with 4, 5, 3, 2, 1, I was excited. Basically it is a Young Living vs doTERRA showdown – with some miner players added in the background. I can not speak on doTERRA products, I have never used them, and to be honest, I've only head about them in the last month or so. My new friend, and co-owner of the Essential Oils group on TheReGathering, Adriana (interesting we all have similar names lol) is a former YL member who now works with DT. REALLY sweet reason she moved to DT; nothing against YL what so ever.

Reading the five blog post from Adrienne, you will see that each of these essential oil companies have their pluses and minuses. She loved the customer service she has gotten from Young Living and loved the teaching material and support given by doTERRA. Both, in her opinion are quality companies.

I am VERY excited to see what Adrienne's results are for the best essential oil company! Granted, I am pulling for Young Living, as I am a independent distributor and believe YHWH/God has healed, and continues to heal via these products. -  Please visit the Oil-Testimonials website for some miraculous healing testimonies. - Saying that, I do believe YHWH/God has and is healing people through doTARRA and other EO companies.

SO, the big question - who will be the victor? Young Living? doTERRA? Some unknown EO company? Who knows! But I CAN NOT WAIT to find out! Again, Adrienne's tests are not laboratory scientific case studies. From my understanding, she is trying to deliberate said companies on quality, ethics, price, scent, purity, and low-timp distillation. So, we sit on pins and needles waiting on part 6 of the Great Essential Oil Showdown.

Shalom aleichem, mishpacha!

FUNNY NOTE: So should call this post “will the real Adri please stand up!” LOL ;)

Coconut Oil Shocker

The shocker actually started three months back. My dad, Mark and I went to Costco for some last minute Sukkot (feast of Tabernacle) supplies. In the mist of shopping, I happened to spot coconut oil. Coconut oil? At Costco? SCORE! That was shocker one.

Normally I buy my coconut oil from Vitacost.com. They have very good prices on most items they sale. $20.99 at 54 fl oz for extra virgin certified organic coconut oil is pretty good! Especially if you compare that to health food and grocery store prices. From the ones I have seen, it's about half the fl oz at above or higher cost than the Vitacost price. Oy Yay!

So, what is the big shocker?
After ordering my coconut oil form Vitacost last week, dad and I decided to visit Costco. I figure I'll see if Costco still sells the coconut oils and at what price and how many fl oz. As I found the wonderful display of healthy organic extra virgin coconut oil – the shocker – it was exactly FIVE DOLLARS LESS than what I just paid at Vitacost! NOOO!!! Well, YES! $15.99 at 54 fl oz. Wow!

So, I may have payed $10.00 extra for my coconut oil last week (I bought two), BUT am feeling rather blessed that I have a cheaper sores of coconut oil near-ish by. I figure with sales tax and gas to and fro, I should still be on top by a few bucks. :D

Blessings!

My boyfriend, Mark sent me this blog post on making ice cream with protein powder. Mmmm sounds yummers! And looks SO easy to make!

When making the protein filled super ice cream, I will be using Dr.Mercola's Miracle Whey.
Dr. Mercola's whey proteins are none GMO, soy free, cold processed, a whey protein concentrate (NOT a protein isolate), and has NO artificial "sweeteners". Healthy and yummy all at the same time! :)

Young Living in the news

This is amazing and does my heart well. A local FOX news station reported on the healing and biblical effects of Young Living Essential Oils. Ladies being healed of cancer, tuners, headaches, pains, and more. And the BEST part? They are ALL praise God for it! YES!!! GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST!!!

Jeremiah 33:6  Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth. KJV

LIVE Soda?

Three weeks ago, my boyfriend Mark and I were shopping at my local H.E.B Plus (WOOOT! SHOUT OUT TO MY LOCAL H.E.B PLUS!). We went to the refrigerated section in the health food aisle looking to get some of our favorite brand of coconut water (shout out to Amy & Brian Coconut Water with pulp! WOOT! lol). While we disappointingly noticed our beloved coconut water with pulp was sold out - forcing us to buy the non pulp version (boo!), this item caught my eye.

LIVE Soda? RAW!? Organic! Kombucha!! 2/$5!!! Of cores, me being me, I just HAD to see this! Much to my and Mark's surprise, it really was a RAW organic LIVE kombucha soda! Wow! Immediately I think to myself, "I wonder if Deanna (Bunny) has seen this?" lol

The awesome thing about this LIVE soda - except for the fact that it is a RAW Organic LIVE Kombucha Soda - is that it is made up the road in Austin, Texas. If you're thinking the "keep Austin weird" saying must apply here; try it! You might even like it! - Ummm not the weird stuff, the LIVE soda.

Each of the four LIVE soda flavors - Culture Cola, Dr. Better, Living Limon, and Revive Rootbeer - have a pleasant smooth taste. Very refreshing with that bubbly kombucha kick! It was an instant hit with Mark and I. The biggest shocker; dad - who normally doesn't  like the "weird" kombocha drinks, likes it! So much so that he and I have gone to H.E.B to get a few more. And, with all organic ingredients like: raw kombucha (fair trade tea, evaporated cane juice, kombucka culture fermented in filtered water), compliant flavors, and stevia extract; I don't feel bad about drinking one every now and then.
