Golden Milk Recipe



Sounds like a good way to use turmeric! 
Apparently, there are SO MANY reasons why turmeric is good for us! Praise Yah! :)

Turmeric Paste
1/2 water
1/4 cup turmeric

In pot, cook on medium for 7-9min
Add water as needed (past will resemble a thick mustard)
After cooled, put in air tight container (preferably glass). Will keep 14 days.
Take 1/2 to 1 tsp daily.

Golden Milk
1 tsp Turmeric paste
1-2 cups milk (of choice)
Sweetener to taste, if desired (stevia, maple syrup, honey, etc)

In pot, cook 5min on medium-low
Add 1/4 tsp coconut oil (or oil of choice), if desired.
