Is your Olive Oil really Olive Oil?

Photo from drjanet.tv
Can you believe that the olive oil you buy from the store many not be pure true olive oil? It has been shown that some "olive oils", even extra virgin may have soy, fish, and/or hazelnut oil in them. It sounds as adulterated as the essential oils business! For more info on why I joined Young Living, please read my blog posts Essential Oils vs Over The Counter Drugs and About Me.

How do you know if your olive oil is...well...OLIVE OIL?

  • When buying olive oil, make sure it has the "International Olive Oil Council"certification and/or seal on it. Your are guaranteed the REAL stuff this way!
  • According to the article "Buy Californian olive oils, which are far less adulterated than imported oil"
  • Do you own research! We may be forming lines at the supermarket oil aisles! ;) Makes you glad that shopping carts are not equipped with horns. ;D
