For those of you who are not in San Antonio and want this book for the cheaper price, I can send you the book in the mail for however much the shipping costs is (should be cheaper than getting it from the website?) Or, if you are going to Revive 2013 next month, I can give it to you then (providing RFSA gets it in time).
